摘要 采用成膜组分、复合乳化剂、防锈组分、消泡组分、表面增强组分、稳定剂、防腐剂,经水转相乳化制得环保型多功能混凝土表面优化剂。该产品稳定性好,可用于多种混凝土模板表面,具有成膜速度快、成膜较致密、使用方便、易于脱模、脱模后表面气泡少且色差小等特点。经工程应用效果良好,模板利用率高,混凝土表面光洁、无油污、无锈渍、气泡少,满足工程表观质量要求。 Multifunctional concrete surface optimizer was obtained by phase-inversion emulsification,using palm oil,composite emulsifier,rust-proof component,defoaming component,surface strengthening component,stabilizer,preservative and water.The film formed on the template surface was fast,compact and stable.The material is environmental.It can be used in many kinds of concrete formwork.It is easy to demould.After demoulding,the surface bubbles are few and the color difference is small.The engineering application effect is good and the template utilization rate is high.The concrete surface is smooth,without oil and rust stains,and with few bubbles,meeting the apparent quality requirements of the project.
