竹林水电站砌石拱坝安全复核及灌浆防渗处理

摘要 竹林水电站砌石拱坝高水位运行中,出现坝体裂缝、渗漏和游离钙析出等问题。为排查和消除大坝病险,结合安全复核分析数据和现场踏勘成果,维修加固优选"三序孔"钻孔灌浆防渗补强处理方案。处理结果通过压水试验检测和运行监测数据渗流分析表明,补强灌浆防渗合格率100%,优秀率达到31.8%。历经多年汛期高水位、大流量蓄水考验,未发现有明显渗漏问题,大坝整体病险除控和防渗补强效果好。 The problems took place in the masonry arch dam body such as cracks,leakage,as well as free calcium precipitation resulting from high water level operation in Zhulin water opower station.In order to investigate and eliminate dam dangerous situation,combine safety checking analysis data and site survey results,in maintenance and reinforcement,selecting by optimizing the "three sequence hole" drilling grouting seepage prevention and reinforcement treatment scheme.The seepage analysis results by means of the water pressure testing and operation monitoring data show that the qualified rate and excellent rate of reinforcement grouting seepage control are respectively 100% and 31.8%.Experiencing many years high water level,large discharge and water storage testing in flood periods,no obvious leakage in the dam was found.Good effect in dangerous situation control and seepage prevention and reinforcement for the whole dam is obtained.
