某河道整治项目长距离大直径顶管无中继间施工技术研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 某河道整治项目截污工程上下游连通截污管长168 m,管径2.2 m,采用顶管施工。根据顶管中继间结构安装特点,如采用中继间将导致该段顶管工期滞后。经充分分析论证,该项目取消顶管中继间设置,提前完成顶管施工任务。该文通过研究长距离大直径顶管取消中继间适用条件,可为某些特殊条件下顶管工程提供参考。 There is a pipe of 2.2m in diameter and 168m in length in the sewage interception project of a river regulation project.The connecting sewage intercepting pipe is constructed by jacking.According to the structure and installation characteristics of the pipe jacking trunk room,if the pipe jacking trunk room is used,the construction period of this section will be delayed.After sufficient analysis and demonstration,the project cancelled the setting of the pipe jacking relay room and completed the pipe jacking construction task 6 days in advance.In this paper,by studying the long-distance and large-diameter pipe jacking conditions applicable to cancel the relay room,it provides a reference for pipe jacking engineering under certain special conditions.
