摘要
肯尼亚地热资源富集区地层具有硬度高、研磨性高和地层温度极高等特点,钻井难度大、效率低。通过对高温地热钻井钻头破岩机理的认识,结合高研磨性地层PDC钻头设计经验,通过优化PDC切削齿结构,创新PDC“扁喷嘴”水眼结构,优选耐热耐冲击PDC复合片并突破国内脱钴技术极限,设计并研制了超高温地热耐磨PDC钻头,在现场取得了成功应用。现场应用结果表明,相比牙轮钻头平均机械钻速提高91%以上,单只PDC钻头寿命相当于6.3只牙轮钻头,有力推动了超高温地热钻井技术的进步。
The formations in the geothermal resource rich area of Kenya have the characteristics of high hardness,high abrasiveness and extremely high formation temperature,which makes drilling difficult and inefficient.With deep understanding of rock breaking mechanism of high temperature geothermal drilling bit and PDC bit design experience in high abrasive formation,a high wear-resistant PDC bit used in ultra-high temperature formation is designed,through optimizing PDC cutter structure,innovating PDC nozzle shape,optimally selecting heat-resistant and impact-resistant PDC cutter and breaking through domestic technical limit of cobalt removal.The PDC bit has been successfully applied in the field.The results show that compared with tricone bit,the average ROP of PDC bit is increased by more than 91%,and the service life of one PDC bit is equivalent to 5.3 tricone bits,which greatly promotes the development of ultra-high temperature geothermal drilling technology.
