摘要
煤层气井在投产前,需要预测地层产水量,以便选择合适泵径的管式泵。然而采用地层水渗流方程来预测产水量,需要准确的地层物性参数,计算十分不便。文中根据裂缝闭合后压降速度反映地层产水量的现象,分析了蜀南地区龙潭组22口煤层气井压裂停泵后的压降速度与产水量数据,建立了产水量与压降速度的经验公式,实现了直接利用压裂停泵后的压降速度选择管式泵泵径。该方法操作简单,使用方便,经现场排采实践证实具有较高的准确性。
Water productivity of the formation will be predicted so as to choose the right tubing pump diameter before coal-bed methane(CBM)well put into production.However,it needs accurate stratigraphic physical property parameters to calculate water productivity by seepage equation.The calculation is inconvenient.So in this paper,according to the phenomenon that pressure drop rate after fracturing pump stop reflects water productivity of the formation,the data of pressure drop rate and water productivity from 22 CBM wells in Longtan formation of Shunan area was analyzed,and the empirical formula between water productivity and pressure drop rate was established,and the optimization of tubing pump diameter can be achieved by directly using of pressure drop rate after fracturing pump stop.The method is simple and convenient,and the practice shows that the method has high accuracy.
