摘要
目的:分析经鼻高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪在慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者79例,随机分为两组。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用无创通气;观察组在常规治疗基础上联合经鼻高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪。比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后肺功能各项指标水平均优于治疗前。观察组患者舒适度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者在接受常规治疗基础上联合经鼻高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪,可有效改善肺功能,提高患者舒适度。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of transnasal high flow respiratory humidification instrument in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,79 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with noninvasive ventilation on the basis of conventional treatment.The observation group was treated by transnasal high flow respiratory humidification instrument on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The lung function indexes of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment.The comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure,combined with transnasal high flow respiratory humidification instrument on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively improve lung function and improve the comfort of patients.
