摘要
目的探讨子午流注纳子法配合艾灸治疗慢性腰腿痛的临床效果。方法120例慢性腰腿痛患者,使用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组仅给予普通针灸和艾灸治疗,研究组给予子午流注纳子法结合艾灸治疗。对比两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日本矫形外科协会评分(JOA)评分及疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组VAS评分(1.84±0.31)分低于对照组的(2.83±0.92)分;两组JOA评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组JOA评分(25.28±4.92)分高于对照组的(21.87±2.48)分;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性腰腿痛患者接受子午流注纳子法配合艾灸治疗,该疗法显著的改善了患者的临床症状,最大程度的缓解了患者的疼痛程度,整体疗效较为满意,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method and moxa-moxibustion on chronic lumbago and leg pain.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic lumbago and leg pain were divided into research group and control group by random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ordinary acupuncture and moxa-moxibustion,and the research group was treated by Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method combined with moxa-moxibustion.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Japanese orthopedic association(JOA)score before and after treatment and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the research group(1.84±0.31)points was lower than the control group(2.83±0.92)points.JOA score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the research group(25.28±4.92)points was higher than the control group(21.87±2.48)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 98.33%of the research group was higher than that of the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method combined with moxa-moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and alleviated the pain degree of the patients to the greatest extent.The overall effect is satisfactory and worthy of promotion.
