摘要
护生实习属于护理专业教学的重要组成,在护生完成2年的理论学习后,继续参与实践学习的重要途径,也是护生将理论用于实践的新阶段,深入调查护生实习中的问题,探讨问题的成因,制定出科学的实习带教对策,是培育高质量护理人才的有益方式。该文针对眼科实习护生的问题进行分析,探讨新时期加强实习护生眼科临床护理实习带教的具体措施。
The nursing internship is an important part of the teaching of nursing profession.After the nursing students have completed two years of theoretical study,it is an important way to continue to participate in practical study,and it is also a new stage for nursing students to apply theory to practice.This article analyzes the problems of internship nursing students in ophthalmology,and discusses the specific measures to strengthen the clinical nursing training of internship nursing students in ophthalmology in the new period.
