摘要
目的探讨提上睑肌-眶隔融合部在切开重睑术中的辨认及对重睑成形术后重睑稳定性的作用。方法方便选取2016年9月—2018年7月期间在该院实施切开重睑术的42例患者作为研究对象,患者均在手术过程中实施准确辨识提上睑肌-眶隔融合线,彻底去除脱垂的眶隔膜及眶隔脂肪的方法行重睑成形术,并观察其是否愈合、出现感染、血肿,以及重睑线稳定性。结果采用该方法对42例单睑患者行重睑成形术,术后随访6~18个月,重睑线无消失或变浅。结论对提上睑肌-眶隔融合部的准确理解在重睑形成术中至关重要。重睑成形术中仔细辨认提上睑肌-眶隔融合线,彻底去除脱垂的眶隔膜及眶隔脂肪,可预防重睑成形术后重睑线消失或变浅,效果确切。
Objective To explore the identification of the levator eyelid muscle-orbital septum fusion part during double eyelid incision and its effect on double eyelid stability after double eyelid plasty.Methods Forty-two patients who underwent open double eyelid surgery in the hospital from September 2016 to July 2018 were convenienty selected as the research object.All patients implemented accurate identification of the levator eyelid muscle-orbital septum fusion line during the operation.The method of removing prolapsed orbital septum and orbital septum fat was performed double eyelid plasty,and observed whether it healed,infection,hematoma,and double eyelid line stability.Results Using this method,double eyelid plasty was performed on 42 patients with single eyelid.The follow-up was 6 to 18 months after operation,and the double eyelid line did not disappear or become shallow.Conclusion Accurate understanding of the levator levator-orbital septum fusion is essential in double eyelid formation.Carefully identify the upper blepharoplasty-orbital septum fusion line during double blepharoplasty,and completely remove the prolapsed orbital septum and orbital septal fat,which can prevent the double eyelid line from disappearing or becoming shallow after double blepharoplasty.
