摘要
目的 探讨耳鼻喉科临床教学中以病例为引导(CBS)教学法与传统教学模式的应用.方法 抽取2017年4月-2018年4月耳鼻喉科临床实习生40名,按照随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,每组20名.观察组给予CBS教学法,对照组给予传统教学模式,对比教学效果.结果 两组理论知识成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组临床成绩A、B均高于对照组(P<0.05);实习前两组职业认同量表、关爱能力量表以及批判性思维能力量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实习后观察组各量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 CBS教学法与传统教学模式在耳鼻喉科临床教学中均有一定应用价值,其中CBS教学法教学效果更好,可提升学生临床技能,提高其职业认同感、关爱能力,培养其批判性思维能力.
Objective To explore the application of cases-oriented(CBS)teaching method and traditional teaching mode in clinical teaching of ENT.Methods A total of 40 people clinical interns in ENT from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 20 people in each group.The observation group was given the CBS teaching method,and the control group was given the traditional teaching mode to compare the teaching effects.Results The theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);but the clinical scores A and B of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The occupational identity scale,caring ability scale and criticism of the two groups before the internship thinking ability scale were relatively meaningless,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of each scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the internship(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBS teaching method and the traditional teaching model have certain application value in clinical teaching of ENT,among which the teaching effect of the CBS teaching method is better,which can improve students'clinical skills,improve their professional identity,caring ability,and cultivate their critical thinking ability.
