摘要
温州市某污水处理厂设计规模为1.0×104 m3/d,采用AAO-MBR工艺,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。对1年的运营数据进行分析,结果表明:AAO-MBR工艺能够稳定地脱氮除磷并降解有机物,项目实际进水CODCr、TN、NH3-N和TP年平均浓度分别为182、40、13 mg/L和2.5 mg/L,对应出水污染物指标为20.48、9.47、2.02 mg/L和0.33 mg/L;AAO-MBR工艺吨水电耗为0.47 kW·h和吨泥PAC耗量为0.059 t,高于传统活性污泥工艺;AAO-MBR工艺每万吨水的产泥量为4.77 t、吨泥PAM耗量为0.015 t,与传统活性污泥法相当。同时,文中给出了设计参数,以期对AAO-MBR工艺选择提供参考。
An AAO MBR process is adopted in a WWTP in Wenzhou City.Processing capacity is 1.0×104 m3/d,and discharged water quality can meet the first grade A criteria of Discharge Standards of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918—2002).An analysis of operation data in one year shows that:AAO-MBR process can stably degrade organic matter,denitrify and dephosphorize.The annual average concentration of CODCr,TN,NH3-N and TP in influent water are 182,40,13 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L,respectively.The average effluent water concentration of CODCr,TN,NH3-N and TP are 20.48,9.47,2.02 mg/L and 0.33 mg/L,respectively.In AAO-MBR process,power consumption of per ton water is 0.47 kW·h,and the usage amount of poly aluminium chloride(PAC)used in per ton sludge is 0.059 ton,both of which are higher than that of traditional process.Sludge production of per ten thousand ton water is 4.77 ton,and polyscrylamide(PAM)consumption of per ton sludge is 0.015 ton,which are equal to that of traditional process.Water quality parameters are given to provide a reference for the selection of AAO-MBR process.
