立式长轴泵新型填料密封箱的设计计算 被引量:1

摘要 从立式长轴泵填料密封机理出发,分析了径向压应力分布趋势,指出传统填料密封箱存在的缺陷,设计的新型填料密封箱不仅克服了此弊端,而且还能在填料磨损后进行自动补偿,提高了填料密封的效率和使用寿命。 Starting with the discussion of seal mechanism of vertical long-shaft pumps,the radial stress and pressure distribution there were analyzed and the defects of conventional packing seal box were found to show that,the new packing seal box designed successfully solves the trouble above-mentioned and can automatically compensate while the packing is worn down. It can improve both efficiency and life of the packing seal.
