摘要
油套管漏失和管外窜槽等问题影响油气水井正常生产,特别是海上平台井筒发生漏失,大修费用高、周期长。噪声-流量测井可获取井下各深度处的噪声和流量数据,对噪声数据进行傅里叶变换,得到不同深度位置频率和幅值的对应关系,再通过流体流经不同部位时频率和幅值的响应特征,辅以流量数据,实现准确定位井筒管漏的目的;PEAK跨隔堵漏工具可以坐封在任意深度,基于它的中通特性,跨隔工具坐封堵漏后,管道上下空间正常连通。在渤海油田S4井应用,通过对噪声频谱和流量数据的分析,确定油管漏点在1494.0 m附近,下入PEAK跨隔工具封堵漏点上下各6 m范围,成功实现精准找漏堵漏并恢复正常生产,初期日产液180 m^3。该方案可避免大修作业,为今后油套管管漏问题提供有效应对方案。
Problems such as tubing/casing leakage and channeling affect the normal production of oil and gas wells.Especially the wellbore leakage in an offshore platform usually costs much for overhaul and lasts a long time.Noise-flow logging can obtain noise and flow data at various depths downhole,and then the noise data can be transformed through the Fourier transform to obtain the corresponding relationship between the frequency and amplitude at different depths,and finally the leakage can be located according to the response characteristics and flow data.A PEAK plugging tool can be set across a packer and at any depth.After setting,the tool connects the pipelines above and below.In Well S4 in the Bohai Oilfield,according to the noise and flow data,it’s found that the tubing leakage was near 1494.0m,therefore a PEAK tool was set to cover the leakage point by 6m above and below each.The well recovered normal production and the initial fluid production was up to 180 m^3/d.This technical combination can avoid overhaul operation and provide effective solutions to tubing and casing leakage.
