摘要
在阴虚动风和血虚生风对手足的影响的问题上,各地医家未对此做出充分理论探讨。从理清阴虚和血虚是彼此联系又相互独立,互不包含的关系出发,我们认为血虚筋脉失养导致手足震颤;阴虚虚火伤血导致手足蠕动,若阴虚虚火继续耗血,使得失血过多导致阴血两虚,两证夹杂,则使得筋脉枯荣,手足蠕动加重成手足震颤。
The influence of deficiency of yin and deficiency of blood on hand and foot has not been deeply studied by physicians all over the world.Starting from clarifying the relationship betweendeficiency of yin anddeficiency of blood,which are interrelated,independent and non-contained,it can be concluded that blood deficiency causes malnutrition of the tendon and vessel,causing hand-foot tremor,the burning blood of yin deficiency leads to wriggling of hands and feet.If hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency continues to consume blood,the excessive blood loss leads to yin and blood deficiency,and the mixture of the two syndromes makes veins and tendons withered and prosperousand hand-foot peristalsis aggravated into hand-foot tremor.
