摘要
目的观察合谷刺阿是穴联合通络消痛片治疗颈型颈椎病患者的临床应用。方法经过医院和患者知情同意,选择门诊患者60例,年龄18~60岁,性别不限。随机分为2组。试验组30例采用合谷刺阿是穴联合通络消痛片治疗颈型颈椎病;对照组30例使用常规针刺颈夹脊穴、风池、肩井穴位治疗颈型颈椎病。治疗周期10 d。治疗效果指标依据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》拟定疗效标准。结果本项研究结果表明,2组治疗后各项评分均较前明显降低(均P <0.01),试验组总有效率为96.7%,优于对照组的70.0%(P <0.01)。表明治疗后2组患者颈项疼痛、僵硬等情况均得到了明显改善,试验组疗效优于对照组。结论合谷刺阿是穴联合通络消痛片治疗颈型颈椎病,见效快,操作简单,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical application of Hegu needling Ashi acupoint combined with Tongluo Xiaotong tablet in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods After informed consent from hospitals and patients,60 outpatients and hospitalized patients,aged 18-60 years,with no gender limitation,were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group,30 cases were treated with Hegu Acupuncture Ashi Point and Tongluo Xiaotong Tablet,while in the control group,30 cases were treated with routine acupuncture at Jiaji Point,Fengchi Point and Jianjing Point.The treatment period was 10 days.Therapeutic effect indicators were formulated according to the Standards for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Effects of Chinese Medicine Diseases.Results The results showed that the scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before(all P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,which was better than 70.0%of the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that the neck pain and stiffness of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Hegu needling Ashi acupoint combined with Tongluo Xiaotong tablet in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has quick effect,simple operation and remarkable curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
