摘要
目的探讨中医辨证护理促进自然分娩镇痛产妇的效果。方法随机将2017年5月—2018年7月收治的120例自然分娩产妇,按照随机数字表法将120例产妇均分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展中医辨证护理,观察2组产妇疼痛分级及产程时间。结果观察组第一、二、三产程及总产程均比对照组短,潜伏期、活跃期疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论自然分娩产妇中开展中医辨证护理可减轻产妇疼痛程度,缩短产程时间,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on promoting natural labor analgesia in parturients.Methods 120 cases of natural delivery women from May 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,while the observation group carried out TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.The pain grading and labor process time of the two groups was observed.Results The first,second,third and total stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the degree of pain in the latent and active stages was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can relieve the pain of parturients and shorten the duration of labor,which is worthy of clinical reference.
