摘要
用水与排水已经成为制约我国煤化工快速发展的主要因素之一。德士古水煤浆气化工艺原有的灰水循环系统,虽然一定程度上减小了新鲜水用量,但面对着日益紧缺的水资源和日趋严峻的环保形势,通过不断技术改进,寻求更多节水减排途径无疑是最实用的应对方法。本文通过对公司三期气化装置灰水回用改造的介绍,分析了灰水回用的经济性和可行性,同时两年多的运行情况验证了技改的效果。
Water use and drainage have become one of the main factors restricting the rapid development of coal chemical industry in China. Although the original ash water circulation system of Texaco gasification process can reduce the consumption of fresh water to some extent, in the face of increasingly scarce water resources and severe environmental protection situation, it is undoubtedly the most practical response to seek more ways to save water and reduce drainage through continuous technological improvement. Based on the introduction of GW reuse in the third gasification plant of the company, the economy and feasibility of GW reuse were analyzed, and the technical improvement effect has been verified in more than two years of operation.
