摘要
高等教育的大众化、市场化和国际化特征,使得世界大学排名被社会公众、高校和政府越来越多地接受与应用。大学排名在现实中产生与发展的背后,在理论层面存在着支撑其发展的统一逻辑。在大学功能理论、资源依赖理论和教育投入产出理论等多学科理论的支撑下,世界大学排名应更具价值逻辑、均衡逻辑和效益逻辑。面对世界大学排名影响力的不断扩大,中国高校应在理性看待大学排名的基础上,客观分析世界大学排名的评价指标体系,明确大学功能定位,科学评价大学产出,从而促进高校的内涵式发展。
With the characteristics of popularization,marketization and internationalization of higher education,world university rankings are more and more accepted and applied by the public,universities and governments.Behind the emergence and development of university rankings in reality,there exists a unified logic supporting its development at the theoretical level.Under the support of multi-disciplinary theories such as university function theory,resource dependence theory and education input-output theory,world university rankings should present more value logic,balance logic and benefit logic.Facing the increasing influence of world university rankings,Chinese universities should objectively analyze the evaluation index system of world university rankings on the basis of rational view of university rankings,clarify the functional orientation of universities,and scientifically evaluate university outputs,so as to promote the connotative development of universities.
