MicroRNA促进心肌细胞再生机制的研究进展

摘要 急性心肌梗死作为心血管系统最常见的急症之一,其在中国的发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升趋势。为了进一步改善心肌梗死患者预后,成年哺乳动物心肌细胞再生一直是心血管领域研究的热点之一。近年来,microRNA对心肌细胞再生的调控作用正受到越来越多关注,其外源类似物的应用有望成为改善心肌梗死患者预后的一种全新手段,但其作用机制尚不完全清楚。现围绕Hippo信号通路就近年来相关机制的研究进行综述,以探讨microRNA应用于改善心肌梗死患者预后的可能性。 Acute myocardial infarction is one of the most common emergencies of the cardiovascular system,and its morbidity and mortality are still increasing year by year in China.In order to further improve the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction,the cardiomyocyte regeneration of adult mammalian has been one of the hot topics in the field of cardiovascular research.In recent years,the regulatory effect of microRNA on cardiomyocyte regeneration is getting more and more attention.The application of exogenous microRNA analogues is expected to become a potential method to improve the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction.But the specific mechanism by which it works is not completely clear.This article reviews the potential mechanism around the Hippo signal pathway in recent years to explore the possibility of applying microRNA to improve the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction.
