摘要
从城市发展的角度明确了四网融合范围和融合服务对象2个基本问题;并且对融合所要达到的目标进行研究,以服务对象和需求为导向开展工作,提出了都市圈内轨道交通发展公平性、连续性、集约性的三大融合目标作为融合技术方案的基本出发点;最后以实际案例为基础对核心城市成都及其周边小城市资阳在四网融合的不同思考进行了论述,提出都市圈的核心城市应有整体性的融合视角,理解不同区域定位所面临的差异化融合策略,合理利用既有资源提高融合效率和性价比;都市圈的中小城市首先要主动思考、主动融合,并构建融入都市圈并符合自身发展目标的公共交通骨干体系.本文能为轨道上的都市圈理性、可持续发展提供一些借鉴.
From the perspective of urban development,this paper claries the two basic issues of the four-network integration scope and the integration of service targets;and studies the goals to be achieved by the integration.Since the work is oriented to the service targets and needs,this paper proposes the fairness of rail transit development in the metropolitan area.The three major integration goals of continuity and intensiveness are taken as the basic starting point for the integration of technical solutions.Finally,based on actual cases,this paper also discusses the different thinking of the core city of Chengdu and its surrounding small cities,Ziyang,on the integration of the four networks.Core cities should have a holistic integration perspective,understand the different integration strategies faced by different regional positioning,and rationally use existing resources to improve integration efficiency and cost performance;small and medium-sized cities in the metropolitan area must first actively think,actively integrate,and build integration Metropolitan area and the backbone system of public transportation in line with its own development goals.This paper can provide some reference for the rational and sustainable development of the metropolitan area on the track.
