摘要
夏克哈特曼波前传感器的光斑质心探测精度对光学系统的波前检测至关重要。研究了质心探测误差的来源,提出了一种子光斑自动优化探测窗口法结合基于自适应阈值分割的强度加权质心算法的方法。讨论了该方法中窗口大小、质心算法对光斑质心精度的影响,并通过仿真和实验分析了算法的质心探测精度对噪声影响的鲁棒性。实验结果表明:当信噪比高于4时,自适应光斑质心算法质心定位的平均探测误差为0.058 pixel,相对于传统算法降低了约40%;将该探测方法运用至夏克哈特曼波前传感器中,与传统质心探测法相比,最大质心偏移量由传统方法的0.92 piexl下降至0.2 piexl。证明了算法的稳定性和探测精度。
The accuracy of the spot centroid detection of the Shaker Hartmann wavefront sensor is critical to the wavefront detection of optical systems.The source of centroid detection error is studied.A method of automatic optimization of detection window of sub-spot combined with intensity-weighted centroid algorithm based on adaptive threshold segmentation is proposed.The influence of window size and centroid algorithm on the centroid accuracy of the spot is discussed.The robustness of the algorithm's centroid detection accuracy to noise is analyzed by simulation and experiments.The experimental results show that when the signal-to-noise ratio is higher than 4,the average detection error of the centroid localization of the adaptive spot centroid algorithm is 0.058pixel,which is about 40% lower than the traditional algorithm;the detection method is applied to the Shak Hartmann wave.In the front sensor,the maximum centroid offset is reduced from the conventional method of 0.92piexl to 0.2piexl being compared to the conventional centroid detection method.The stability and detection accuracy of the algorithm are proved.
