摘要
随着油田开发时间的延长,含水上升导致储层开采效果变差。为控制含水上升,实现控水挖潜,试验了一种适合低渗透油田的高含水水平井堵水管柱。该管柱具有封堵、扶正功能,实现有效封堵、逐级解封,解决了管柱易卡问题;具有锚定功能,实现安全低力解封,解决了管柱易窜动问题;针对高含水层位判定不清现状,试用液压控制开关轮换生产,实现高含水层精准找水。经现场1口井应用后,其降液率达到70.6%,增油率实现267%,创造经济效益31.98万元,初步见到较好控水挖潜效果。
With the extension of oilfield development time, the rise of water cut leads to the deterioration of reservoir exploitation effect. In order to control the rise of water cut and realize water cut tapping, a type of water cut string for high water cut horizontal well with low permeability was tested. The string has the function of blocking and righting, which can effectively block and unblock the string step by step, and solve the problem of easy sticking of the string.It has the function of anchoring to realize the safe and low force sealing and solve the problem of easy channeling of the string. In view of the status quo of high aquifer, hydraulic control switch is used to rotate production to realize accurate water prospecting for high aquifer.After the application of one well on site, the liquid drop rate reached 70.6% and the oil increase rate reached 267%, creating an economic benefit of 318 800 yuan, preliminarily showing a good water control and potential tapping effect.
