响应面法优化黄芩废渣生物质炭的制备及其对Cr^6+的吸附研究 被引量:1

摘要 为优化黄芩废渣生物质炭(SRB)的制备工艺,选取活化剂浓度、活化温度、活化时间为影响因素,以吸碘值和生物质炭得率为指标进行研究.在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken试验设计构建多项式回归方程的模型,通过响应面分析得到SRB制备的最优工艺为活化剂浓度15%、活化温度690℃、活化时间1.5 h.以SRB为吸附剂,考察PH值、吸附剂用量和时间对其吸附性能的影响,并对吸附过程进行了探讨. The optimization of the preparation process of scutellaria residue-derived biochar(SRB)was investigated in this study,The independent variables were activator concentration,activation temperature,and activation time.The responses were the iodine value and the yield of biochar.A polynomial regression model equation was constructed using a Box-Behnken design.The response surface analysis(RSM)showed that the optimal preparation conditions were obtained as follows:activator concentration,15%;activation temperature,690℃;and carbonization time,1.5 h.The influence factors of adsorption behavior,such as PH of solution,dosage of adsorbent,adsorption time and adsorption process of SRB on Cr^6+,were investigated.
