摘要
介绍电梯门机用钢丝绳润滑及使用现状,从电梯门机用钢丝绳专用油脂、不同润滑方式等方面详细分析油脂含量对钢丝绳疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,选择能够较好存储在钢丝绳中的油脂,同时使用控制更加精准,油膜厚度均匀性更好的喷油方式进行润滑,选用油脂黏度适中的进口2#油脂,芯股含油率控制在0.9%及以上,成品绳含油率控制在1.80%及以上,能有效改善钢丝绳使用过程中的相互磨损,进一步提升电梯门机用钢丝绳的疲劳寿命。
To introduce the lubrication and use status of wire rope for elevator door machine,and analyze influence of grease content on fatigue performance of wire rope from aspects of special grease for wire rope of elevator door machine and different lubrication methods.The results show that select grease can be better stored in wire rope,use more precise control and better uniformity of grease film thickness for lubrication,use imported No.2 grease with moderate grease viscosity,and control core grease content to 0.9%and above.The grease content of finished rope is controlled 1.80%and above,can effectively improve mutual wear during use of wire rope,and further improve fatigue life of elevator door machine wire rope.
