基于地铁运营大数据的乘客出行效用分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用地铁自动售检票系统(AFC)的大数据对乘客行程进行了分析,研究每一个行程的停站时间及行程时延。停站时间及行程时延可以作为评价乘客出行满意度的重要指标。基于乘客在地铁系统中的行程分析,提出了停站时间及行程时延计算的新方法:通过AFC系统收集行程时间及途径车站数分析实际行程时间与图定行程时间的差异从而得出乘客的行程时延,而后利用站均时延指标来分析停站时间,评价乘客的出行体验及地铁运行服务情况。以国内某城市地铁系统的AFC数据进行实证研究,选取2013年10月至2018年6月总计57个月中406个高峰时段的地铁运行数据进行分析,得出该城市地铁全线路及各线路的停站时间及乘客行程时延、站均时延。本文的研究结论可以作为评价地铁运营服务情况及优化列车运营服务的参考依据。 Dwell time and delay of a trip has been analyzed under the big data from AFC(Auto Fare Collection)System of Metro System,which could be employed for the evaluation of passengers'travel satisfaction.A new method has been established based on dwell time analysis to understand the influence of dwell time as well as delay of a trip to an operating metro system based on passengers'travel experiences.First,collect date and time of entering origin station and exiting the destination station in every trip and the number of stations this trip passed from AFC system to understand the difference between travel time and the scheduled travel time;second,calculate delays per station of each trip as the factor for the evaluation of metro services and use this factor‘delay per station of trips'to understand the travel experience of passengers.For the application of this method,AFC data from metro system from a city in China has been employed for case study.Metro's OD data from the study city in peak time of 406 days from Oct.2013 to Jun.2018 has been selected and analyzed.The changing of delay of a trip and average delay per station has been worked out.Those may reference managers of metro system and they can evaluate and understand the service of Metro System.
