摘要
针对某车在运行过程中,存在的车内异响问题,进行主观评价及客观测量,并通过对客观测试的噪声及振动频谱数据进行分析,查明驾驶舱内存在异响问题的原因,提出改变液压悬置解耦膜厚度的改进方案,并对改进后的液压悬置进行了测试验证,确定优化改进的方案,最终成功解决了某车型存在的车内异响问题。
Subjective and objective measurement on a vehicle is conducted for solving abnormal sound problem of full vehicle.The cause of abnormal sound problem of full vehicle is checked out by test of the vibration and noise spectrum.New design versions of modifying the thickness of the decouple membrane of the hydraulic mount are put forward.Complete vehicle test for improving mounts is conducted and abnormal sound problem of full vehicle problem is solved.
