摘要
产教融合是高职教育快速发展的有效措施,其运行模式是重要保障.经过多年的探索和实践,形成了以现代学徒制、职业教育集团、产业学院、多元合作办学等为主,兼具广东特色和院校自身独特性的广东省高职教育产教融合运行模式.但也存在规范化程度不高、合作深度不够、指导力度不足等问题,需要政府统一制定规范化制度文件、调动企业积极性、成立专业指导机构等措施,实现产教深度融合.
Industry-education integration is the effective measures of rapid development of higher vocational education,the operational mode of which is the important guarantee.By exploration and practice in past years,the industry-education integration operational mode of higher vocational education in Guangdong province with Guangdong characteristics and individual college characteristics is formed,which are mainly based on modern apprenticeship,vocational education group,industry school,multiple cooperative education,etc.However,such problems exist as low standard degree,insufficient cooperative depth,weak guidance strength,etc.It is necessary for government to uniformly formulate standardized system document,motivate enthusiasm of enterprise,and set up professional guidance organization,etc,in order to realize the deep industry-education integration.
