黄连解毒汤对糖尿病脑病和阿尔茨海默病的作用 被引量:10

Effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Diabetic Encephalopathy and Alzheimer’s Disease

摘要 糖尿病、糖尿病脑病与阿尔茨海默病均属于年龄和代谢相关的表观遗传学疾病。二者发病和病理变化密切相关,"毒邪郁积"可发为消渴,"毒损脑络"可致痴呆。王永炎院士"毒损脑络"学说为清热解毒法或具有清热解毒功效的药物在改善认知功能方面的作用提供了依据。近年来研究提示糖尿病、糖尿病脑病与阿尔茨海默病均与肠道微生物的改变密切相关,越来越多的证据表明黄连解毒汤可以调整肠道微生物,并通过神经内分泌激素和神经肽来调节"脑肠轴",改善神经系统疾病的发病和进展。从黄连解毒汤、糖尿病和阿尔茨海默病发病共同特点、黄连解毒汤对糖尿病、糖尿病脑病和阿尔茨海默病干预机制研究,结合黄连解毒汤调整肠道微生物在改善认知的作用进行综述。 Diabetes,diabetic encephalopathy and Alzheimer’s disease are all epigenetic diseases related to age and metabolism.The onset of diabetes is closely related to pathological changes,Stagnation of toxin can cause diabetes,and toxin damaging brain collateral can cause dementia.Academician WANG Yongyan’s theory of toxin damaging brain collateral provides a basis for the effect of heat-clearing and detoxifying methods or drugs with heat-clearing and detoxifying effects on improving cognitive function.Recent studies suggest that diabetes,diabetic encephalopathy and Alzheimer’s disease are closely related to changes in intestinal microorganisms.More and more evidences show that Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can regulate intestinal microorganisms,and regulate"brain-intestine axis"through neuroendocrine hormones and neuropeptidesto improve the onset and progress of nervous system diseases.This article reviewed the common features of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease,the intervention mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on diabetes,diabetic encephalopathy and Alzheimer’s disease,and the role of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in adjusting intestinal microorganisms in improving cognition.
