小方坯连铸中间包耐材技术优化与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对韶钢小方坯中间包耐材存在包龄低、耐材事故偏多等问题。通过对塞棒、水口、冲击板工艺参数优化,水口座砖施工、上水口安装方法优化,水口、中间包烘烤工艺的优化,有效地提高了中间包耐材使用过程的稳定性和使用寿命,保证了连铸过程的稳定性和铸坯产品质量,同时也取得了良好的经济效益。 Aiming at the problems such as the low ladel service life and many accidents of refractory materials of the billet tundish,many optimization technologies were adopted as follows.Firstly,the processing parameters of the stopper,nozzle and impingement plate were optimized.Secondly,the construction method of the pocket block and the installation method of the upper nozzle were upgraded.Thirdly,the flue-curing processes of the nozzle and the tundish were improved.Together,the stability and service life of tundish refractory materials were effectively enhanced,the stability of continuous casting process and the quality of slabs were guaranteed,and good economic benefits were obtained as well.
