摘要
安全膜是金属化膜电容器的一种重要的保护方法,目前关于安全膜电流门的设计还没有成熟的理论方法。本文通过理论推导得出了安全膜电流门达到不同温度和物理状态临界点需要能量的计算公式,提出了安全膜电流门宽度和长度的设计方法,为产品设计人员提供了设计依据。本文还给出了典型安全膜结构尺寸下不同临界点能量的计算值,方便设计人员查询使用。本文还通过安全膜电流门熔断性能试验验证了计算方法的正确性。
The safety film is an important protection method for metallized film capacitor.At present,the design on the design of current gate of the safety film does not have mature method.In this paper,the calculation formula of energy necessary for reaching different temperature and physical status critical point of the current gate of the safety film is obtained by through the theoretical derivation.The design method of width and length of the current gate of the safety film is proposed,which provides the design basis for the product designer.In this paper,the calculation value of energy at different critical points at structure dimension of typical safety film is also given for the convenience of designers to query and use.The correctness of the calculation method is verified through the fuse performance test of the current gate of the safety film.
