摘要
目的探讨中药汤剂Ⅰ结合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月联勤保障部队第九六七医院收治的80例阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药汤剂Ⅰ治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血压水平及阴虚阳亢症状积分[(5.28±2.25)vs.(5.25±2.23)]比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血压水平及阴虚阳亢症状积分(2.43±0.78)改善程度大于对照组(1.01±0.21),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组血压恢复正常时间、阴虚阳亢症状改善时间[(4.57±1.56)、(5.21±1.54)d]均短于对照组[(6.52±1.68)、(8.21±1.44)d],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(7.50%vs.2.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药汤剂Ⅰ结合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者的效果好,可显著改善患者的血压水平及临床症状,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of decoction I combined with Western medicine on senile hypertension patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Methods From January 2017 to February 2018,80 cases of senile hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets.The observation group was treated with Nifedipine sustained-release tablets and traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction I.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure level and Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity symptom score[(5.28±2.25)vs.(5.25±2.23)]between the two groups(all P>0.05);after treatment,the blood pressure level of the observation group and the symptom score of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity(2.43±0.78)was better than the control group(1.01±0.21),and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time for blood pressure to return to normal in the observation group and the time to improve symptoms of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity[(4.57±1.56),(5.21±1.54)d]were shorter than those of the control group[(6.52±1.68),(8.21±1.44)d].There was statistical significance(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(7.50%vs.2.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction I combined with Western medicine has a good effect on senile hypertension patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,which can significantly improve the blood pressure level and clinical symptoms,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
