摘要
目的探讨在内科病房实施护理风险管理的价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月庄河市中心医院内科收治的96例患者,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受护理风险管理,比较两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度及护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组应急能力、操作熟练程度、沟通能力、服务态度评分分别为(93.37±2.14)、(95.40±1.91)、(94.40±1.79)、(96.44±1.43)分,对照组分别为(85.93±6.26)、(88.50±6.15)、(86.33±5.17)、(90.33±1.92)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.7915、7.4233、10.2193、17.6822,均P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.92%,对照组为79.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=22.4370,P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件、护患纠纷发生率分别为2.08%、0.00%,对照组分别为10.42%、4.17%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=10.2310、4.2588,均P<0.05)。结论风险管理在内科病房中的应用效果显著,可有效提升质量,且患者满意度较高,利于减少护患纠纷。
Objective To investigate the value of nursing risk management in medical wards.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,96 patients admitted to the medical ward of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received nursing risk management.The nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of emergency response ability,operation proficiency,communication ability and service attitude were(93.37±2.14),(95.40±1.91),(94.40±1.79)and(96.44±1.43)scores in the observation group,and were(85.93±6.26),(88.50±6.15),(86.33±5.17)and(90.33±1.92)in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=7.7915,7.4233,10.2193,17.6822,all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%,the control group was 79.17%,and the incidence of adverse nursing events and nurse-patient disputes were 2.08%and 0.00%,the control group were 10.42%and 4.17%,the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=22.4370,10.2310,4.2588,all P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,nurse-patient disputes,promote patient satisfaction with nursing.
