摘要
目的研究脑外科重症颅脑损伤患者行围手术期护理对压疮预防的护理价值。方法抽取我院脑外科收治的76例重症颅脑损伤患者,将其按随机数字法分成对照组和观察组,各取38例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行围手术期护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组压疮发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.37%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前生存质量评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组生存质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑外科重症颅脑损伤患者行围手术期护理对压疮预防效果良好,避免了压疮的发生。
Objective To study the nursing value of perioperative nursing for pressure ulcer prevention in patients with severe head injury in brain surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the department of brain surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The Glasgow Coma Score(GCS)and neurological impairment(NIHSS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than that of the control group 23.68%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s nursing satisfaction rate was 97.37%,which was higher than the control group’s 78.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the two groups’pre-care quality of life scores There was no difference(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative care for patients with severe head injury in brain surgery has a good effect on the prevention of pressure ulcers and avoids the occurrence of pressure ulcers.
