摘要
颅内压增高是临床常见的危重急症之一,严重影响患者脑功能甚至危及患者生命。因此迅速、准确地评估颅内压以便及时采取临床干预和对后续治疗效果至关重要。基于视神经鞘直径能随颅内压力改变的原理,超声测量视神经鞘直径能够无创、快速地评估颅内压增高。本文就国内外视神经鞘超声评估颅内压增高的研究进展进行综述。
Elevated intracranial pressure is one of the critical diseases in clinical practice,which might lead to cerebral dysfunction,even life-threatening condition.Thus,it requires a rapid and accurate diagnosis method to guide timely intervention and to assess follow-up treatment results.Based on the finding that optic nerve sheath diameter can changes with intracranial pressure,measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter by ultrasonography can evaluate intracranial pressure in a non-invasive and rapid way.This paper introduces its domestic and abroad research progresses.
