摘要 研究了轮斗开采工艺在塔尔煤田Ⅱ区块露天煤矿三期工程应用的可行性,结合岩层特征,针对表土松散层剥离工程,分析了单斗-卡车工艺与轮斗工艺的设备投资及运行成本,计算了露天矿不同时间范围内2种工艺的投资及成本NPV值。结果表明:虽然轮斗工艺初期设备投资高,但其低生产成本的优势在数年后就开始体现,有利于实现露天矿的高产高效。 The article researches the feasibility of bucket wheel mining technology in phaseⅢof Thar Coalfield BlockⅡOpen-pit Coal Mine.Combining with the characteristics of rock strata,aiming the stripping engineering of topsoil layer,the article analyzes the equipment investment and operating cost of shovel truck technology and bucket wheel technology,calculates the investment and cost NPV values of the two technology in different time ranges of the open-pit mine.The results show that although the initial equipment investment of bucket wheel technology is high,its advantages of low operating cost begin to be reflected after several years,which is conducive to realizing high yield and high efficiency of open-pit mine.
