摘要
实验室是高校人才培养和科学研究的重要场所,是“双一流”建设的重要支撑。近年来,随着学校发展和改革步伐日趋加快,办学规模不断扩大,实验室建设的投入逐年增加。学校在实验室安全管理制度、分类分级管理、安全教育培训、组织机构构架、第三方实验室安全检查、云中实验室建设等方面不断探索实践,从“压倒性态势”到“压倒性胜利”,有效降低了实验室安全风险,减少了安全事故隐患,为学校教学科研工作的正常开展提供了保障,为高校实验室安全管理与建设提供参考。
The laboratory is an important place for personnel training and scientific research in colleges and universities,and it is an important support for the of“double first-class”construction.In recent years,the pace of development and reform of Soochow University has been accelerating,the scale of running schools has continued to expand,and the investment in laboratory construction has increased year by year.The school continuously explores and practices in the aspects of laboratory safety management system,laboratory classification and management,safety education and training,organizational structure,third-party laboratory safety inspection,and cloud laboratory construction,from“overwhelming situation”to“overwhelming victory”.It effectively reduces the safety risks of laboratories,reduces the hidden dangers of safety accidents,provides guarantee for the normal development of teaching and research work in schools,and provides theoretical basis for the safety management of university laboratories.
