摘要
针对传统检修系统存在检修时间长、成本高、故障量分析不准确的问题,基于虚拟现实技术设计了一种新的三维检修系统。系统硬件部分基于虚拟现实技术构建高压开关设备的拆解、组装功能模块,对检修实况进行模拟后构建完成检修操作。系统软件部分构建三维检修流程,并对高压开关设备的数据进行采集,完成三维检修系统的设计。为检测系统有效性,设定对比实验,结果表明,经过基于虚拟现实技术的高压开关设备三维检修系统培训后,员工能够在短时间内比较精准地发现故障区域,有效降低修理成本。
Aiming at the problems of traditional maintenance system,such as long maintenance time,high cost and inaccurate fault analysis,a new three-dimensional maintenance system is designed based on virtual reality technology.The hardware part of the system is based on the virtual reality technology to build the disassembly and assembly function module of the high-voltage switchgear,and the maintenance operation is completed after the simulation of the maintenance reality.In the software part of the system,the three-dimensional maintenance process is constructed,and the data of the high-voltage switchgear is collected to complete the design of the three-dimensional maintenance system.In order to test the effectiveness of the system,a comparative experiment is set up.The results show that after the training of three-dimensional maintenance system of high-voltage switchgear based on virtual reality technology,the employees can find the fault area accurately in a short time and reduce the repair cost effectively.
