摘要
随着城市建设和经济的发展,建筑能耗成为我国能源消耗的重要组份,降低建筑能耗已经成为当前乃至未来一段时期内我国能源节约、环境保护至关重要的举措。近零能耗建筑因其具有高能效、低能耗的特点,近年来在我国得到广泛的发展。但由于各地气候差异,人民生活习惯和舒适度指标的不同,近零能耗建筑在严寒地区发展的技术路线具有特殊性有待深入研究。本文综合分析被动式节能技术、太阳能光-电、光-热一体化技术、辅助热源应用、提高围护结构保温性能等诸项节能技术在严寒地区的应用效果,为近零能耗建筑在严寒地区推广发展提供技术支持。
With urban construction and economic development,building energy consumption has become an important component of China’s energy consumption.Reducing building energy consumption has become a vital measure for China's energy conservation,environmental protection,and even a period in the future.Near-zero energy buildings have been widely developed in China in recent years because of their high energy efficiency and low energy consumption.However,due to differences in climate,local living habits,and comfort indicators,the development of near-zero energy buildings in severe cold areas.The technical route is special and needs further study.This paper will comprehensively analyze the application effects of various energy-saving technologies such as passive energy-saving technology,solar photovoltaic-electricity,light-heat integration technology,auxiliary heat source application,and improved insulation performance of the envelope structure in severely cold areas.Provide technical support for promotion and development in severe cold areas.
