摘要
针对大柳选煤厂煤泥回收工艺存在的问题,对原煤中<1.0 mm的煤泥进行了煤泥筛分试验。根据选煤厂运行的实际情况,提出了采用高频筛回收0.5~1.0 mm的粗煤泥的改造方案,从而提高了大柳选煤厂粗煤泥的回收,增加了经济效益,为高频筛在选煤厂的实际应用提供一定的借鉴。
In order to tackle the problems encountered by the plant's slime recovery system,a screening analysis is made of the<1.0 mm fine sizes in raw coal.In line with the specific operating condition of the plant,it is proposed to recover the 0.5~1.0 mm coarse grained slime using high-frequency screen.The renovation made with the proposed scheme has led to increased recovery of coarse slime and improved economic performance,which may serve as a guidance for the use of the high-frequency screen in renovation of coal preparation plants.
