籼稻泸恢317对二(三)化螟及南方水稻黑条矮缩病田间抗性的初步观察 被引量:2

Preliminary Observation on Field Resistance of Indica Rice Luhui 317 to Striped Stem Borer,Yellow Stem Borer and Southern Rice Black Stripe Dwarf Disease

摘要 在四川和海南初步鉴定了籼稻泸恢317对二(三)化螟及南方水稻黑条矮缩病的田间抗性。结果表明:二化螟对泸恢317的田间为害率与抗虫对照A232差异不显著,但极显著低于感虫对照F77的;二化螟对泸恢317的为害指数在3个试点均小于40%,其抗性达中抗水平;2014年及2016年三化螟对泸恢317造成的枯心率极显著低于F77的;泸恢317两年的枯心指数分别为39.7%和29.8%,均小于40%,其对三化螟的抗性达中抗水平;2016年泸恢317的田间白穗率为3.1%,与A232差异不显著(2.9%),而与F77达1%显著差异(8.5%);泸恢317受南方水稻黑条矮缩病为害后的病情指数为6.3%,达抗级水平。因此,泸恢317具有中抗二化螟和三化螟,以及抗南方水稻黑条矮缩病的特性,可作为多抗抗源加以利用。 The field identification on the resistance of striped rice borer,paddy borer and southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(RBS-DV)of indica rice Luhui 317 was carried out.The results showed that field damage rate of Luhui 317 by striped rice borer was not significantly different from that of A232,but was extremely significantly lower than from that of the F77.The harm index caused by striped rice borer in Luhui 317 was less than 40%in the 3 experimental sites,reaching the level of intermediate resistance.In 2014 and 2016,the mean of dead heart rate caused by paddy borer in Luhui 317 was extremely significantly lower than the susceptible control F77.The dead heart index of the two years in Luhui 317 was 39.7%and 29.8%respectively,both of which were less than 40%and reached moderate resistant level.In 2016,the field white ear rate of Luhui 317 was 3.1%,which was not significantly different from A232(2.9%),and was 1%significantly different from F77(8.5%).The disease index and disease plant rate of RBS-DV of Luhui 317 were 6.3%,reaching the resistant level.Therefore,Luhui 317 has the characteristics of medium resistance to striped rice borer,paddy borer and SRBSDV,and can be used as a multi-resistance source.
