摘要
档案保密和提供利用工作对于民政档案管理工作具有重要作用,新时期的市场经济发展和社会整体发展对于档案资源的利用提出了新的要求。管理人员只有明确档案提供利用的工作和服务方式,认识到档案保密工作的重要性,才能处理好民政档案提供利用与保密的关系。该文简要分析了民政档案的秘密档案与保密原则之间关系,探究了相关档案提供利用与保密的工作策略。
The work of keeping secret and providing utilization of archives plays an important role in the management of Civil Administration archives.The development of market economy and society as a whole in the new period has put forward new requirements for the utilization of archives resources.Only when managers know the work and service mode of providing and using files,and realize the importance of keeping secret,can they deal with the relationship between providing and keeping secret of civil affairs files.This paper briefly analyzes the relationship between the secret archives and the principle of secrecy,and probes into the working tactics of providing and using the relevant archives and keeping secret.
