摘要
本文以新时代国家发展需要为背景,概括了广西北部湾海洋文化的特点、形式,分析了当前所面临的困境,提出“一带一路”倡议思想下北部湾海洋文化的保护与发展路径。北部湾海洋文化的发展,是与国家“一带一路”倡议思想高度契合的,也是对国家建设海洋强国的积极回应。
With the national development in a new era as background,this article summarizes the features,forms of marine culture in Guangxi Beibu Gulf and analyzes the current dilemma the culture is confronted.Based on the summary and analysis,Guangxi Beibu Gulf marine culture’s protection and development methods are proposed under the“Belt and Road”Initiative.The development of oceanic culture of Guangxi Beibu Gulf highly integrates with the ideas of the“Belt and Road”Initiative and acts as a positive response to the state’s construction of a maritime power.
