摘要
微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是非编码小RNA分子,可通过调控脑中端粒酶逆转录酶(telomerase reverse transcriptase,TERT)对认知功能产生影响。关于麻醉药的研究表明,miRNA参与调节麻醉药相关的认知障碍,但麻醉药对TERT的活性、表达水平的调节及其内在机制尚不明确。miRNA可靶向胰岛素生长因子(insulin-like growth factor,IGF)与NF-κB信号分子调节中枢神经系统TERT水平与活性,且当前研究发现麻醉药调控miRNA亦经相关通路影响认知功能,综上分析可对麻醉药影响认知功能中TERT的存在意义与内在调节机制提出一种新想法,TERT活性信号通路受麻醉药与miRNA调节可能为探寻麻醉药调控TERT介导神经元凋亡的研究带来新想法。
MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of non-coding small RNA molecules,which influence cognitive function by regulating telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT)in the brain.According to anesthetics related studies,miRNA is involved in anesthesia-induced cognitive dysfunction.However,it is still not clear how anesthetics regulate the activity and expression of TERT and intrinsic mechanisms are not completely understood.It is possible that miRNA targets on insulin-like growth factor(IGF)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)to regulate the expression and activity of TERT in the central nervous system.Furthermore,current studies have found that anesthetics regulate miRNA and influence cognitive function via related pathways.Therefore,this paper proposed a new idea on the involvement of TERT in anesthetics'influence on cognitive function and internal regulation mechanisms.TERT signaling pathway is regulated by anesthetics and miRNA,which may provide new thoughts on the exploration of anesthetics-mediated neuronal apoptosis through regulating TERT.
