摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的效果及并发症。方法将医院2018年1月—2019年1月的100例前列腺增生患者,随机分组,开放手术组给予常规开放性手术,经尿道前列腺电切术组开展经尿道前列腺电切术。比较两组手术成功率;手术的出血情况和临床症状(尿频、排尿困难、尿潴留)消退、住院时间;护理前后疾病症状积分;发热、出血等的发生率。结果经尿道前列腺电切术组手术成功率和开放手术组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经尿道前列腺电切术组疾病症状积分低于开放手术组(P<0.05)。经尿道前列腺电切术组手术等的各项指标当中手术的出血情况、临床症状(尿频、排尿困难、尿潴留)消退时间对比开放手术组有优势(P<0.05)。而两组住院时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。经尿道前列腺电切术组发热、出血等的发生率低于开放手术组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺增生患者实施经尿道前列腺电切术效果确切,可减少并发症,术中出血少,可加速症状消失,更好改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect and complications of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The open operation group was given routine open surgery,and the transurethral resection group underwent transurethral resection of the prostate.The success rate of operation,bleeding and clinical symptoms(frequency of urination,dysuria,urinary retention)subsidence,hospitalization time,disease symptom score before and after nursing,fever and hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of transurethral resection of prostate and open operation group(P>0.05).The score of symptoms in transurethral resection of prostate group was lower than that in open operation group(P<0.05).Transurethral resection of the prostate group was superior to open operation group in terms of bleeding,clinical symptoms(frequency of urination,dysuria,retention of urine)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of fever and hemorrhage in transurethral resection of prostate group was lower than that in open operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate is effective for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.It can reduce complications,reduce bleeding,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and improve prognosis.
