摘要
目的分析消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法,将医院2016年7月—2018年7月接受治疗的胃溃疡出血患者100例分为2组,其中对照组患者为50例,观察组患者为50例,分别给予单一的四联疗法治疗和消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率、幽门螺杆菌根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组不良反应发生率、再出血复发率,观察组表现更低;观察组出血止血时间、住院治疗时间均比对照组低,(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡出血采取消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗,可快速根除幽门螺杆菌,缩短患者恢复时间,临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,according to the method of random number table,100 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding treated in our hospital were divided into 2 groups,including 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group,who were given single quadruple therapy and digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy respectively,and the clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate and eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of rebleeding were lower in the observation group.The bleeding time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy for gastric ulcer bleeding can rapidly eradicate Helicobacter pylori,shorten the recovery time of patients,with significant clinical effect.
