Analysis on monitoring of foodborne disease outbreaks in Wuzhou City from 2012 to 2018

摘要 目的了解和分析梧州市食源性疾病暴发事件的流行病学特征。方法对2012—2018年梧州市食源性疾病暴发监测资料进行分析。结果2012—2018年梧州市共报告食源性疾病暴发事件64起,发病数为473例,死亡11例。食源性疾病暴发主要发生在5—6月;发生场所以家庭为最多见共40起,占62.50%。在原因明确的事件中以有毒植物因素引起的暴发事件最多,占51.06%;微生物因素引起的发病人数最多,占42.92%;有毒植物断肠草中毒引起的死亡人数最多7例,占63.64%;毒蘑菇中毒引起死亡为3例,占27.27%。结论微生物性食源性疾病是引发梧州市食品安全问题的重要原因,金黄色葡萄球菌是主要的食源性致病菌,有毒植物毒蘑菇、断肠草引起的事件更不容忽视。 Objective To understand and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease outbreaks in Wuzhou City.Methods The monitoring data of foodborne disease outbreaks in Wuzhou City from 2012 to 2018 were analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2018,64 outbreaks of foodborne diseases were reported in Wuzhou City,with 473 cases and 11 deaths.The outbreaks of foodborne diseases mainly occurred from May to June,and there were 40 outbreaks in families,accounting for 62.50%.Among the events with clear causes,the most outbreak events were caused by toxic plant factors,accounting for 51.06%,the most number of cases were caused by microbial factors,accounting for 42.92%,and the most deaths(7 cases)were caused by toxic plant Gelsemium elegans poisoning,accounting for 63.64%,while 3 deaths were caused by toxic mushroom poisoning,accounting for 27.27%.Conclusion Microbial foodborne disease is an important cause of food safety problems in Wuzhou City,Staphylococcus aureus is the main foodborne pathogen,and the events caused by poisonous plant,such as toxic mushroom and Gelsemium elegans,cannot be ignored.
