摘要
当前,我国城镇水务监管体系已基本形成,信息化发展迈入历史新阶段.在此背景下,基于博弈视角,结合城镇水务行业政府监管的实际情况,提出了智慧监管平台的建设运行管理建议,为规范城镇水务智慧监管平台的运行管理,提升各地城镇水务监管现代化水平提供参考.
At present,China’s urban water regulatory system has been basically formed,and the information technology has entered a new stage of development.Combined with the actual situation of government supervision of urban water industry,suggestions are put forward on construction,operation and management of intelligent supervision information system from the perspective of game theory,in order to standardize the operation and management of intelligent supervision information system,and improve the modernization level of urban water affairs supervision.
