摘要
为解决外驱动螺旋网带在翻转运行时由于滑块与导轨之间的配合问题导致转弯发生卡滞现象,本文设计了一种螺旋速冻机外驱动网带的转弯。新设计的转弯具有回转导向装置的结构,可实现网带翻回时在直线导轨间的顺利过渡,无缝衔接,避免卡滞。
In order to solve the problem that the external driving spiral mesh belt is stuck during turning to the cooperation between the slider and the guide rail,a kind of turning of the external drive belt of spiral freezer is designed in this paper.The new designed turning has the structure of a rotary guide device,which can realize a smooth transition between the linear guide rails when the mesh belt is turned back,seamless connection,and avoid jam.
