摘要
以云南地区铝液在熔铸炉熔炼时产生的铝灰为研究对象。利用化学多元素分析、偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、MLA等分析方法对铝灰进行较为系统的工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明,铝灰主要含有Al、Si、F、Ca、Cl、Na等元素,其中含Al48.01%,其他都属于杂质元素。铝灰中Al主要赋存在Al和Al2O3中,其次赋存在AlN、MgAl2O4中。该研究成果为云南地区的铝灰后续综合利用可提供参考依据。
The study object is the aluminum ash generated from liquid aluminum smelting in melting and casting furnace in Yunnan area.The systematic process mineralogy study of aluminum ash is carried out by chemical multielement analysis,polarizing microscope,scanning electron microscope,MLA and the other analysis method.The study results show,the main elements in aluminum ash are Al,Si,F,Ca,Cl,Na and so on,Al content takes 48.01%,the other elements belong to impurity element.Al mainly existed in Al and Al2O3 of aluminum ash,secondly existed in AlN,MgAl2O4.The study results supply the references for the subsequent comprehensive utilization of aluminum ash in Yunnan area.
