基于国家精准扶贫的大战略背景,总结广东省立中山图书馆“书香暖山区”项目实践经验,探讨了公共图书馆实施文化精准扶贫工作的关键要素,为公共图书馆开展文化精准扶贫工作提供借鉴。
Based on the strategic background of the state’s precise poverty alleviation,this paper summarizes the practical experience of the“Books Warm Moutain Areas”of Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province,discusses the key elements of the implementation of cultural precision poverty alleviation in public libraries,and provides reference for public libraries to carry out cultural precision poverty alleviation work.
